About Us

Texas Stage Rental has provided rental stages for all types of indoor and outdoor events since 2006 all over Texas, including Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Austin.  We also find ourselves on the other side of the Red River occasionally in Tulsa, Durant, and Oklahoma City handling stage rentals for our clients!  Our in-house metal and wood shops allow us to build the custom rental stages that our clients have come to rely on for innovative and engaging structures for all types of live events.

Texas Stage Rental – Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow

Texas Stage Rental first opened its doors in 2006 with a stack of staging that our founder, Robert Chapman, literally built in his backyard.  In just a few short years, the company became a Bil-Jax staging shop, using the 4’x4’ panels that Bil-Jax is famous for.  With the purchase of several types of concert rooftops in 2010, and the addition of custom wood and metal shops in 2015, Texas Stage Rental expanded to include a variety of client types.  When In Depth Events incorporated in 2017, Texas Stage Rental became a part of the In Depth Events family.

Today, Texas Stage Rental owns one of the largest inventories of Bil-Jax staging in the State, as well as bracing, safety rails, leg stock, and step units to build multiple stages.  As In Depth Events continues to grow and service our clients, we anticipate larger, more intricate, and more engaging rental stage and audience seating structures with our clients and their event attendees.

Safety is the #1 Priority for our Clients and Their Attendees

After all our years renting stages for concerts and corporate events, our owners at Texas Stage Rental can tell you that safety is our top priority. We take particular care to ensure that our ADA ramps, handrails, and safety rails meet the highest safety standards. Our team of experts designs and builds each of these components to be sturdy and durable.  Most importantly, we know the details that make our structures ADA compliant, such as the width of handrails or the height of safety rails. Our ADA ramps are compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, ensuring that we provide an inclusive environment for attendees of all abilities.

When it comes to safety, we don’t take chances. Our team inspects each ramp, handrail, and safety rail before and after installation, ensuring their reliability and stability. You can trust Texas Stage Rental to provide you with safe and reliable staging solutions for your event. Contact us today, and let us help you create an event that is not only memorable but also safe for everyone involved.
